phpLinkBid v1.4.1 Revised

A file was missing from the v1.4.1 release made available yesterday. If your download does not contain the updated file /inc/functions.php you should download v1.4.1 again. If you have already updated to 1.4.1 and are missing this file, you can download v1.4.1 again and simply upload the file /inc/functions.php to your phpLinkBid site, skipping the installation steps and all other files. functions.php can be found in both the Full Install and Changed Files Only downloads.

This file is required for the link approvals fix, so it is an important part of the update. My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused, and the complete download has been made available as quickly as possible.
